Have you ever considered that you may feel uncomfortable receiving and having more than you need? Therefore, you only ask for what you need vs. what you truly want?
Joel Osteen describes this well: "If we ask with a cup we will receive a cup’s worth. If we ask with a barrel we’ll receive a barrel’s worth."
So the question is: What limits are you putting on how much you ask for and how much you are willing to receive?
This question isn't limited to material things either. It's more focused around how you want to feel when you consider allowing yourself to...
“If you've been trying unsuccessfully to change a habit, understand that there is usually one hidden advantage or liking for that particular behavior just below your conscious awareness.” ~Hale Dwoskin
Steven Covey said it best when he said: “Our character is a composite of our habits, which form a powerful factor in our lives. Because habits are consistent, unconscious patterns, they constantly express our character and produce our effectiveness and ineffectiveness.”
Covey says that "Habits have a strong gravitational pull - and breaking deeply imbedded habitual tendencies, such as procrastination, impatience, criticalness and selfishness, involve more than just mere willpower. "
So what do...

Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it you can never get it back. ~Harvey MacKay
How do you make sure that you keep your aspirations and dreams for the future alive while you have a bunch of screaming priorities in your everyday life that you're trying to juggle?
Also, how can you balance your need for everyday peace while making progress towards your future?
One suggestion is: Spend one hour a day on your dream.
Easier said than done, I know. Yet, it is possible.
A trick I’ve found useful is to give yourself a time limit on your dreaming. The key is: you definitely don’t go under that...

“To conquer frustration, one must remain intensely focused on the outcome, not the obstacles.” ~T.F. Hodge
You’ve most likely heard the expression – Energy flows where your focus/attention goes...so true but have you learned how to put this Truth into practical application in your life?
I bet there is an area, or maybe several areas, in your life that feel out of alignment with how you’d ultimately like them to feel/be.
Maybe it’s in the area of your career – or finances – or relationships – or your health/well-being.
Whatever the area(s) is that you want to change, you are most likely focusing on what isn't there (aka lack thinking) vs. what is already there (abundance...
“Believe you can and you're halfway there.” ~Theodore Roosevelt
In your life you’ve most likely doubted yourself, your abilities, and your overall self-worth at some point, right?
Well, that’s actually a really good thing (say what?!?) because if you didn’t feel self-doubt, or struggle with your overall worthiness, then you wouldn’t be living up to your full potential and experiencing the growth and evolution that your soul longs for.
See, your dreams, desires, and adventures that you long manifest into reality - have absolutely nothing to do with your overall worthiness or feeling deserving, or ‘good enough’ - but in actuality, have everything to do with what your soul came to experience and needs...
You've been given the perfect life to teach what you most need to learn. The greatest teachers are given the greatest challenges. Accept that your life will never be perfect but the circumstances are perfect for you to continually evolve yourself while you continually help to evolve others.
You know you're being called to do more and to be more in your life. There is a nagging feeling that just won't let you go. No matter how many times you've tried to ignore it -or settle for a regular existence - it nags at you whispering - There Is Something More...
I get it....your calling can feel like a haunting.
Maybe you've explored what your MORE is. Maybe you've taken a course, attended a workshop, or you've taken action on your...

"Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it." ~ Confucius
Let's imagine that together you and I worked on creating some intentions for all areas of your life. In our process together, I would have you start with what it is that you deeply desire but rather than focus on the specifics around the desire, I would rather have you focus on the ESSENCE of your desire.
My favorite definition of the word essence is: the characteristic or intrinsic feature of a thing, which determines its identity; fundamental nature.
If you think about that - the fundamental nature - the identity - of something...you really get down to the CORE and the Truth of whatever it is that you desire.
And what's so cool about setting intentions via the coaching process is: when we...

In the attitude of silence the soul finds the path in a clearer light, and what is elusive and deceptive resolves itself into crystal clearness. ~Mahatma Gandhi
Personally, I think clarity is very underrated and de-valued , and too much attention is put on action and getting things done.
What I've found to be true in my own life, and in the lives of the clients I work with, that when you feel a strong pull - a desperation - to get to a goal- or a finish line, usually it's because there is an unmet need that hasn't been fulfilled or paid attention to - vs. a value that is aching to be continually expressed.
In this article I wrote about the difference between Needs vs. Wants and it's a very, very important distinction.
However, our society as a whole...
