Fear of Being Arrogant

The other day I had a conversation with a friend who shared how worried she was about a health issue reoccurring in her life.  She was having some symptoms that felt familiar and started to go into a spiral of fear that her former health issues were returning. 

We talked about her shifting her thoughts.  Thinking positive.  Letting go of negative images and envisioning a good outcome.

This friend is like a fish to water when it comes to embracing a more positive mindset. Yet,  for some reason she was resisting this approach.

According to Dictionary.com, the word “chase”  has many definitions.  All of them amount to key words such as:  to pursue in to order to seize, overtake; to capture or kill, as game; hunt; to follow or devote one's attention to with the hope of attracting, winning, gaining;  to drive or expel by force, threat, or harassment.

How To Change Your Vibe

”The pain that you’ve been feeling can’t compare to the joy that’s coming.” ~Romans 8:18

I heard a statement the other day that really struck me .  I knew in an instant that it was true.  Here it is:  “The deeper the pain, the deeper the Truth there is to discover”.

We live in a world of contrast…opposites…light and dark…up and down….what goes up, must come down – and so on.

So, what does this mean to your life?   A whole lot.

Consider an area of your life that has royally challenged you. An area that has maybe caused you pain or at least lots of discontent.  Other areas of your life may flow easily (or easier) but this one area seems to...
