How To Focus On What You Want

You’ve most likely heard the expression – Energy flows where your focus/attention true but have you learned how to put this Truth into practical application in your life?

I bet there is an area, or maybe several areas, in your life that feel out of alignment with how you’d ultimately like them to feel/be.

Maybe it’s in the area of your career – or finances – or relationships – or your health/well-being.

Whatever the area(s) is that you want to change, you are most likely focusing on what isn't there (aka lack thinking) vs. what is already there (abundance thinking).  

You know about the Law of Attraction - yet - what you must know is - so much more than what you think about that will allow you to attract what it is that you want.  And, when it’s something that you deeply want, the resistance to it coming to you can feel all the more challenging.

So, today I wanted to share a very cool tool that I recently stumbled upon that I feel has real, practical application to helping you not only focus on what you do want to see happen in your life – but gain even more clarity about what those areas are.

This tool is called The Focus Wheel and it has been attributed to the work of Abraham Hicks.
